Reflection of Loop Tour

                                 Reflection of loop tours
The tour was successfully completed yesterday companied with my daughter. At the beginning, she didn’t like it, because Sunday is day to watch cartoon and use computer. But when reached at number 14, she was cheerful by the flamingo by Alexander Calder. We enjoyed our tour, but we were also tied. We met some tour guide in the flamingo and the Picasso’s Chicago. We also met a group of people toward to the Bowman and The Spearman who were on a strike.
The audio tour is great and very professional. The explained every single data of arts, the artists and histories. The clear verbal and music make you relax and enjoy the audio tour. They are from the number of the map that we had down loaded it from internet. There is special music for each art side when explained. For example, when they explain the spirit of music, before they say anything, they play some music first, so you will know the following art is about music. When they talk about the number 15 the Logan Memorial statue, first you will hear the feet steps of the house ride. And it is also with the number 17 by Ivan Mestrovic.
The most interesting information is the Picasso’s Chicago. It was a gift for Chicagoans from a Spain artist Pablo Picasso in 1976. At first, no one appreciate of the Picasso, and no one like the rusted color of the abstracted sculpture. It made from cortex steel, and the Chicago Civic Center also make from cortex steel. A member of City Council even wanted to break and remove the Picasso to other place like Europe. But finally the Chicagoans begin to like the Picasso. When you see the Picasso stand from different place to look at the sculpture, it looks like a head of a woman. It is the most important treasury land mark sculpture of Chicago. Well, the kids use the Picasso as a slide now.
I will recommend the tour to everyone. Because it is a great time to go out together with your friends and family. And it is good for you to escape from your work and enjoy and appreciate art. And I strongly recommend you to go to the Crown Fountain in Millennium Park.  It is made by Jaume Plensa who is a Spanish artist. They are not only fountains, but also the sculptures with one thousand of Chicagoans and a pipe of water. They made up with twenty two thousand glasses. Each of them weights 10 pound with LED scream. Each face stay in the scream for five minutes, and then the last minute a stream of water pop out from the mouth of the face. The faces are alive; they can smile and link their eyes. And they use the special effect camera. And you can walk on the water between the scriptures. And the artist wants to express that our human body are made up with 60-70% of water. The water is also recycled.
I learned that the only place that we can touch art is in the public, not in the museum. All of the sculptures are made from metals and concrete. There are most of arts are abstracted. Each one has its own story and feeling. People look at art differently from each other, and even different from the artists.  I also learned that I needed to look at art with imagination. The number fifteen is the Logan Memorial Statue which is actually a public grave for General and his wife. I didn’t know that, and my daughter and I climb over it. I am so scared.
I tried to look for the Loop Tattoo, but I have not found. I didn’t go to the BP Bridge, but I the way how the artist design it. He thought about the disability people first when he designed that. There were several couples were taking their marriage photos in the Millennium Park yesterday. There were lots of people in the Cloud Gate or Bean.
